One year. Unpaid. In person. This is not a course you watch from your couch. You will be present at an Eleven22 campus in Jacksonville, in the room, with people running hard after Jesus.
The minimum is real, and it is small on purpose. Three hours every other Thursday, 9:30 to 12:30, building on Block 1 Biblical Foundations and Block 2 Leadership Formation. That is the floor. It is not the ceiling.
What you give shapes what you receive. You will serve in a real ministry, and how you contribute there, in time, in capacity, in faithfulness, opens the door wider. Bring more, and more opens to you. More class time. More of the Crucible, where theology stops being theory and gets pressed into your real life and leadership. Do the reading. Write the papers. Bring the work. The Apprenticeship grows to meet the person who leans in.
You will be plugged into a real ministry. Campus Leadership. Kids. Missions. Production. Students. Worship. You serve where the church actually needs you, and that service is part of the formation, not separate from it.
And you will not walk it alone. You join a cohort, and together we discover and discern one honest question. Is God calling you to ministry, and if He is, where? This year exists to help you find that answer, and to help us help you find it.
This is discovery. This is discernment. This is your next step.
